Tuberculosis (TB) Testing. In the event that the services required under this Agreement will be performed within a CDCR institution/parole office/community-based program, Contractors and their employees who are assigned to work with, near, or around inmates/parolees shall be required to be examined and tested or medically evaluated by a licensed healthcare provider for TB in an infectious or contagious stage prior to the performance of contracted duties, and at least once a year thereafter (within twelve (12) months of their initial or previous TB test under this contract), or more often as directed by CDCR.
