TTF. The University will establish a pool for raises for all Tenure-Track and Tenured 6 faculty members equal to 2.0% of the group’s total base salary (prorated for FTE) in FY 8 i. The University will distribute 1.25% of the of the group’s total base salary 9 (prorated for FTE) in FY 19 as an across-the-board increase. To be eligible for the 10 across-the-board increase, the Tenure-Track or Tenured faculty member must 11 have an appointment on December 31, 2018. 13 ii. Eligibility for a diversity equity raise will be 16 determined through the TTF equity study being conducted in FY 18 pursuant to a 17 Memorandum of Understanding executed between UA and UO on February 17, 18 2017. Tenure-Track and Tenured faculty members with unexplained salary 19 inequities potentially related to race, ethnicity, or gender will receive an equity 20 salary adjustment from this pool. 22 iii. If .75% of the group’s total base salary is insufficient to adequately address 23 inequities described in Section 1(a)(ii) above, the University will make a plan for 24 equity salary adjustments with non-pool funds to address issues arising out of the 25 TTF equity study. 26 27 iv. If the full .75% is not needed to address any inequities described in Section 28 1(a)(ii), the remaining funds shall be returned to the across-the-board pool 29 described in section 1.a.i.

  • Dark Fiber Transport Dark Fiber Transport is defined as Dedicated Transport that consists of unactivated optical interoffice transmission facilities without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics. Except as set forth in Section 6.9.1 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to Dark Fiber Transport Entrance Facilities pursuant to this Agreement.

  • System and Data Access Services a. System. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendum and solely for the purpose of providing access to Fund Data as set forth herein, State Street hereby agrees to provide the Fund, or certain third parties approved by State Street that serve as the Fund`s investment advisors, investment managers or fund accountants (the "Fund Accountants") or as the Fund`s independent auditors (the "Auditor"), with access to State Street`s Multicurrency HORIZONR Accounting System and the other information systems described in Attachment A (collectively, the "System") on a remote basis solely on the computer hardware, system software and telecommunication links described in Attachment B (the "Designated Configuration") or on any designated substitute or back-up equipment configuration consented to in writing by State Street, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.

  • Supplier Staff 4.1 The Supplier Staff must: 4.1.1 be appropriately experienced, qualified and trained to supply the Services 4.1.2 apply all due skill, care and diligence in faithfully performing those duties 4.1.3 obey all lawful instructions and reasonable directions of the Buyer and provide the Services to the reasonable satisfaction of the Buyer 4.1.4 respond to any enquiries about the Services as soon as reasonably possible 4.1.5 complete any necessary Supplier Staff vetting as specified by the Buyer 4.2 The Supplier must retain overall control of the Supplier Staff so that they are not considered to be employees, workers, agents or contractors of the Buyer. 4.3 The Supplier may substitute any Supplier Staff as long as they have the equivalent experience and qualifications to the substituted staff member. 4.4 The Buyer may conduct IR35 Assessments using the ESI tool to assess whether the Supplier’s engagement under the Call-Off Contract is Inside or Outside IR35. 4.5 The Buyer may End this Call-Off Contract for Material Breach as per clause 18.5 hereunder if the Supplier is delivering the Services Inside IR35. 4.6 The Buyer may need the Supplier to complete an Indicative Test using the ESI tool before the Start date or at any time during the provision of Services to provide a preliminary view of whether the Services are being delivered Inside or Outside IR35. If the Supplier has completed the Indicative Test, it must download and provide a copy of the PDF with the 14- digit ESI reference number from the summary outcome screen and promptly provide a copy to the Buyer. 4.7 If the Indicative Test indicates the delivery of the Services could potentially be Inside IR35, the Supplier must provide the Buyer with all relevant information needed to enable the Buyer to conduct its own IR35 Assessment. 4.8 If it is determined by the Buyer that the Supplier is Outside IR35, the Buyer will provide the ESI reference number and a copy of the PDF to the Supplier.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider.   • Technology Access Contractor expressly acknowledges that state funds may not be expended in connection with the purchase of an automated information system unless that system meets certain statutory requirements relating to accessibility by persons with visual impairments. Accordingly, Contractor represents and warrants to System Agency that the technology provided to System Agency for purchase (if applicable under this Contract or any related Solicitation) is capable, either by virtue of features included within the technology or because it is readily adaptable by use with other technology, of: • providing equivalent access for effective use by both visual and non-visual means; • presenting information, including prompts used for interactive communications, in formats intended for non-visual use; and • being integrated into networks for obtaining, retrieving, and disseminating information used by individuals who are not blind or visually impaired. For purposes of this Section, the phrase “equivalent access” means a substantially similar ability to communicate with or make use of the technology, either directly by features incorporated within the technology or by other reasonable means such as assistive devices or services which would constitute reasonable accommodations under the Americans With Disabilities Act or similar state or federal laws. Examples of methods by which equivalent access may be provided include, but are not limited to, keyboard alternatives to mouse commands and other means of navigating graphical displays, and customizable display appearance. In accordance with Section 2157.005 of the Texas Government Code, the Technology Access Clause contract provision remains in effect for any contract entered into before September 1, 2006.
