Trust’s Clearing Process—Redemption Requests. After the Transfer Agent has received a Submission for a redemption request for Shares through the Trust’s Clearing Process which has been received in proper form (as described in the Prospectus), the Transfer Agent shall initiate procedures to transfer the requisite securities (or contracts to purchase such securities expected to be delivered through NSCC by the “regular way” settlement date) and the Cash Redemption Amount, if any, through the Trust’s Clearing Process so as to be received by the Beneficial Owner no later than on the “regular way” settlement date following the Business Day on which the Submission is received in proper form (as described in the Prospectus) by the Transfer Agent.
