Common use of Trustee's Rights Clause in Contracts

Trustee's Rights. The Trustee in its individual capacity shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this Article with respect to any Senior Debt of the Company which may at any time be held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Debt of the Company, and nothing in this Indenture shall deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder. Nothing in this Article shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to Section 607.

Trustee's Rights. The Trustee in its individual capacity shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this Article with respect to any Senior Debt of the Company Guarantor Indebtedness which may at any time be held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Debt of the CompanyGuarantor Indebtedness, and nothing in this Indenture shall deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder. Nothing in this Article shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to Section 607.

Nothing in this Article shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to Section 607.

Nothing in this Article shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to Section 607606.

Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the Trustee is subject to TIA Section 310(b).

Nothing in this Article XI shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to Section 6077.7.

Trustee's Rights. The Trustee in its individual capacity shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this Article Thirteen with respect to any Guarantor Senior Debt of the Company any Guarantor which may at any time be held by itthe Trustee, to the same extent as any other holder of such Guarantor Senior Debt of the CompanyDebt, and nothing in this Indenture shall deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder. Nothing in this Article Thirteen shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to Section 6076.07.

The Trustee in its individual capacity shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this Article Fourteen with respect to any Senior Debt of the Company which may at any time be held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Debt of the Company, and nothing in this Indenture shall deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder. Nothing in this Article Fourteen shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to Section 607.

Nothing in this Article shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to Section 607607 of the Original Indenture.

Trustee's Rights. The Trustee in its in individual capacity shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this Article with respect to any Senior and Senior Subordinated Debt of the Company Guarantor which may at any time be held by it, to the same extent as any 117 other holder of Senior and Senior Subordinated Debt of the CompanyGuarantor, and nothing in this Indenture shall deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder. Nothing in this Article shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to Section 6077.06.
