Trustee and Certificate Owners to Exercise Rights. Such rights and remedies as are given to the Trustee under this Article VIII have been granted in trust under the Indenture, to which the Board hereby consents. Such rights and remedies shall be exercised by the Trustee and the Owners of the Certificates as provided in the Indenture.
