Common use of Trust Reporting Clause in Contracts

Trust Reporting. ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall provide the Trust with such information regarding ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and the Services provided under this Agreement as shall be reasonably requested by the Board of Trustees of the Trust for purposes of fulfilling its responsibilities to oversee ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ as a service provider of the Trust. ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall reasonably cooperate with the officers, employees and agents of the Trust to provide the Trust with such information as shall be required for the Trust to fulfill its reporting obligations with the Securities and Exchange Commission and other applicable regulatory authorities solely to the extent related to the Service.
