Trunk Servicing. 3.5.5.1 The Parties will jointly manage the capacity of Interconnection Trunk Groups. A Trunk Group Service Request (“TGSR”) will be sent by AT&T-21STATE to notify WSP to establish or make modifications to existing Trunk Groups.
