Common use of TRUE INFORMATION Clause in Contracts

TRUE INFORMATION. The information provided by or on behalf of the Client in the Account Opening Form or otherwise in relation to the Agreement from time to time is true, complete and correct in all respects. The Client undertakes to inform the Company immediately if there is any change to such information.
