The Depositor agrees to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about the Depositor and the Account when required by the Financial Institution and/or the Account Contract. Further, the Depositor agrees to notify the Financial Institution of any changes to such information within a reasonable period of time.

The information including but not limited to the RH Concept furnished by or on behalf of RH to Supernus in connection with this Agreement does not contain any untrue statement of a material fact and does not omit to state any material fact necessary to make the statements made, in the context in which made, not false or misleading. Notwithstanding any knowledge or facts determined or which might have been determined by Supernus pursuant to any rights hereunder to investigate, Supernus shall be entitled to rely fully upon all representations, warranties, covenants and agreements and other undertakings contained in this Agreement or in any schedule, document or instrument delivered pursuant hereto or otherwise made pursuant to this Agreement, in Supernus’ determination to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
TRUE INFORMATION. You warrant that all registration information, documents and identification provided by You are true, accurate, up to date and not misleading, and that You shall update such information to the Sites/StickerFarm as changes occur.
TRUE INFORMATION. All of the information provided by the Borrower to the Lenders with respect to this Syndicated Loan shall be authentic and accurate. All of the forecasts or estimations contained in the said information shall have been prepared by the Borrower on the basis of prudent evaluations after considering all of the relevant factors and the Borrower shall make fair and reasonable forecasts and estimations. To the Borrower’s knowledge, any facts that may affect such information, forecasts, or estimates or anything that may affect the Lenders’ willingness to make loans to the Borrower pursuant to this Agreement have already been disclosed.
