True and Correct. All information and documents furnished and to be furnished to the Lender pursuant to this Agreement are true, accurate and complete in all material respects. No representation or warranty by any of the Borrowers contained in this Agreement or in any of the Settlement Documents, contains any untrue statement of a material fact, or omits any material fact or statement necessary to make the facts or statements contained herein or therein not false or misleading.
