Common use of Trigger Increase Event Clause in Contracts

Trigger Increase Event. Furnish to the Class D Holders, promptly after the occurrence of any Trigger Increase Event, a certificate of an appropriate officer of the Servicer setting forth the circumstances of such Trigger Increase Event and any action taken or proposed to be taken by the Servicer, if any, with respect thereto and furnish to the Class D Holders such other information with respect to any such Trigger Increase Event as any Class D Holder may reasonably request.
