Triennial Minimum Cap Ex Requirement A. During each full Triennial Period during the Term, commencing upon the first (1st) full Triennial Period during the Term, measured as of the last day of each such Triennial Period, on a collective basis for CEOC and its subsidiaries, Tenant and Other Tenants shall expend Capital Expenditures and Other Capital Expenditures in an aggregate amount equal to no less than the Triennial Minimum Cap Ex Amount A (the “Triennial Minimum Cap Ex Requirement A”).
