Common use of Tribal Enterprise Clause in Contracts

Tribal Enterprise. If the investigation is of an alleged violation by the Tribe or a Tribal Enterprise, the Board will provide a copy of any written report to Tribe’s Legal Department. The Board may take any action against the Tribal Enterprise consistent with applicable laws and regulations, specifically to the extent applicable WAC ▇▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇, which addresses Group 1 violations against public safety.
