Treetagger. This is a web service that wraps the TreeTagger (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, 1994), and outputs PoS tags and lemmas. It is available for a number of languages, including English and French, for which it has been used to tag the datasets crawled in the project for the environment and labour legislation domains.
