Common use of Tree Survey Clause in Contracts

Tree Survey. A tree survey shall not be required as part of the approval process of the Planned Unit Development (PUD) for the Property,, but shall be required as part of the development applications for those parcels submitted to the TRC and shall be prepared in accordance with the Development Standards attached hereto as Exhibit F and Charleston City Code as outlined by this Agreement. The requirements for such Tree Survey(s) shall be limited to identifying the location, size, and species of trees twenty-four (24”) inches or greater DBH (Diameter Breast Height).
