Services to Be Provided by the Consultants Clause Samples
The "Services to be provided by the Consultants" clause defines the specific tasks, duties, and deliverables that the consultants are responsible for under the agreement. Services to Be Provided by the Consultants. 6.1 The Services to be provided by the Consultants shall be as defined in the General Conditions and Special Conditions of Employment and as amplified, extended and set out in this Brief. The general services as described in all sub-clauses to Clause 6.5 of this Brief shall, as appropriate and applicable, apply to all phases of the Assignment.
6.2 The Consultants shall provide personnel with appropriate qualifications and relevant experience to manage all tasks and shall direct, control and undertake, where appropriate, the services detailed in the following Clauses. The Consultants shall note that the Project is a complex multi-disciplinary project, well qualified specialist staff shall be provided as specified in subsequent clauses of this Brief.
6.3 The Consultants shall supervise and direct the execution of the contract works rendered under the E&M Contracts and Pipe Laying Contracts.
6.4 Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the Services to be provided by the Consultants as described in this Brief shall be covered by the lump sum fee.
Services to Be Provided by the Consultants. 6.1 The Consultants shall carry out the duties as set out in the General Conditions of Employment and as amplified, extended and stipulated in this Brief.
6.2 The Consultants shall comply with all reasonable instructions of the Director’s Representative and with all relevant circulars, guidelines, standing instructions and technical memoranda as directed by the Director’s Representative.
6.3 The services to be provided by the Consultants shall include such additions, modifications and exceptions as agreed between the Director’s Representative and the Consultants.
6.4 The Consultants shall give due consideration to all planning, environmental, engineering, economic, transport, drainage impact, land, utilities, safety, security, legal, social, operational, contractual and financial implications of their proposals and recommendations.
6.5 The Consultants shall engage expert sub-consultants such as legal, heath, air modelling, social, economic and financial specialists if no such in-house resource is available. The sub-consultant or the Consultants’ in-house advisor shall be qualified professional and required to provide professional expert advice as necessary or directed by the Director’s Representative for satisfactory completion of the Assignment.
6.6 The Study shall be conducted in three stages, namely the Inception Stage, the Review Stage and the Formulation of Recommendation Stage as stipulated in Clauses 6.7 to 6.19 of this Brief.
