Common use of Treasury Units Clause in Contracts

Treasury Units. If the Treasury Portfolio has replaced the Senior Notes as a component of the Corporate Units, Corporate Units Holders may only effect Early Settlement pursuant to this Section 5.07 in integral multiples of 80,000 Corporate Units. Upon Early Settlement of the Purchase Contracts, the rights of the Holders to receive and the obligation of the Company to pay any Contract Adjustment Payments (including any accrued and unpaid Contract Adjustment Payments) with respect to such Purchase Contracts shall immediately and automatically terminate.
