Travel to Job Sites. Employees may be required to travel from the Employer’s depot to a job site in an Employer vehicle. The Employer shall pay the following: For job sites that are within 40kms of the depot: • An Employee travelling as a passenger shall receive the travel time paid for at their ordinary hourly rate for one (1) way of the trip only. • An Employee travelling as the driver of the Employer vehicle shall receive the travel time paid for at their ordinary hourly rate for the entire duration of the travel. For job sites that are over 40kms from the depot: • An Employee travelling as either the driver or the a passenger of the Employer vehicle shall receive the travel time paid for at their ordinary hourly rate for the entire duration of the travel.
