TRASH ENCLOSURES. The Developer shall construct all trash enclosures in conformance with the Final Plans and Section 6.5.11 of the LDC, prior to issuance of the first certificate of occupancy for the Property. The trash enclosures, including the gates, must be constructed of non-combustible materials, and have an architectural design compatible with the primary structure, using matching materials and colors. The Developer or its successors or assigns shall keep the trash enclosure gates closed at all times, except for the periodic moments when access is needed to place trash within the containers, or empty or replace the trash receptacles themselves.

TRASH ENCLOSURES. All trash dumpsters and recycling bins are required to be carefully screened from view from any street right of way with screen wall enclosures. The construction of the enclosures shall match the design and quality of the surrounding buildings and will be at least 6’ tall. These enclosures shall contain adjacent planting strips landscaped with evergreen shrubs along the side or rear of the enclosure.
TRASH ENCLOSURES. The Organizer shall furnish dumpsters or roll-off boxes and trash receptacles in sufficient quantity to contain the accumulation of trash generated by the Event. The Organizer shall make certain that all trash is picked up daily during and after Event. The Organizer shall remove any excessive garbage that does not fit within the receptacles and dispose in trash dumpsters. The City reserves the right to require additional receptacles should the Organizer not remove excess garbage from the Event.
TRASH ENCLOSURES. Trash enclosure(s) shall be constructed in accordance with local requirements with respect to construction methods, size, quantity and design.

  • Trash Tenant shall not allow anything to be placed on the outside of the Building, nor shall anything be thrown by Tenant out of the windows or doors, or down the corridors, elevator shafts, or ventilating ducts or shafts of the Building.   • Cleaning 8.1 CONTRACTOR shall, at his own expenses, at all times keep the premises free from accumulation of debris, waste materials, and rubbish, and at the completion of the work, he shall remove his tools and equipment and all surplus materials, debris, waste material, and rubbish and shall leave the premises in a neat and clean condition. If CONTRACTOR does not attend to such cleaning immediately upon request, OWNER shall have the right to have this work done by others and deduct the cost therefore from the payment due CONTRACTOR hereunder.

  • Electrical connections Equipment requiring electrical connections for operation shall either be hard wired to the Authorized User's provided connections or the Contractor shall be responsible for a male electrical union.   • Rubbish Please note that the blue top bin is for recycling and all other rubbish should be placed in black bin liners in the other bin for collection. Bins should be put out on Sunday evenings for an early Monday morning collection. Any bin that has not been put out will be the responsibility of the Guest to dispose of the rubbish. The Council will not collect any loose rubbish that is not inside a black bin liner. See above note re dog mess and nappies.

  • Garbage The Concessionaire will contract directly with the service provider for adequate dumpster capacity and wildlife resistance. The Department must pre- approve the location of dumpsters and frequency of pick-ups. The Concessionaire will provide recycle bins for use by Park visitors.
