Trash/Debris. Trash and debris can accumulate in the upper area after large events, or from illegal dumping. Over time, this material can clog the BRC/PLD outlet works.

Trash/Debris. Tenant and its employees shall contain trash, debris or recyclable materials generated by Tenant, its employees and invitees in a Landlord approved type of receptacle. If Tenant consistently overloads such receptacles, Landlord has the right to remove any excess and provide any required locking device, acceptable to such vendor, to reduce the possibility of space does not have such an enclosure, then out of the way of common drives or other traffic areas.

Trash/Debris. Trash disposal is the responsibility of the Guest. Immediately following the event, please have your Clean-up Committee take a few minutes to walk all the areas of the buildings and property that have been utilized for the event and pick-up any refuse that may have been dropped or blown around.
