TRANSYSTEMS’ Duties. In addition to the general duties, obligations and responsibilities set forth elsewhere in this Agreement, the specific duties and responsibilities of TRANSYSTEMS in performing the Basic Services under this Agreement are set forth in Exhibit A. In addition to the specific duties and responsibilities of TranSystems in performing the basic services under this Agreement as set forth in Exhibit A, the following specific provisions shall apply to TranSystems’ duties.
