TransTech. TransTech shall own, free and clear of any claim by Novo except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, the Reverting Rights and all rights with respect to inventions, Know-How and Patent Rights relating to or arising out of the GK Activator Project conceived following the Effective Date.
