Transporting Minors Sample Clauses

Transporting Minors. Under no circumstances may Instructor, or Instructor’s employees or agents, transport a minor participant. If, after the conclusion of any class session, a minor participant has not been picked up, Instructor shall make every attempt to contact the minor participant’s parent, legal guardian or any other authorized individual to whom the minor may be released. If no contact can be made with any of the above individuals, Instructor shall contact the Recreation Program Assistant, Recreation Services Coordinator or Recreation Supervisor administering this Agreement.
