Transportation to Join a Hospitalized Member. Following a Member’s medical evacuation and with Intl.SOS’ prior written approval, Intl.SOS will arrange and pay for the cost of one economy class round trip airfare for a relative or friend to join a Member who has or will be hospitalized outside his/her Home Country for more than seven (7) days.
