Transport Documents. 8.1. The Carrier is responsible for the Transport Documents and the correct completion thereof.
8.2. The Carrier shall hand over the relevant Transport Documents to the Consignee of the Goods. It shall also provide ECS with (a copy of) the Transport Documents within 24 hours after ECS’s request.
8.3. If for any reason whatsoever, a Transport Document is not provided at the place of receipt of the Goods, the Carrier must prepare such Transport Document.
8.4. ECS shall be entitled to consider the failure by the Carrier to obtain, retain or supply the Transport Documents as aforesaid as evidence of mis delivery and/or loss of the Goods by the Carrier.
Transport Documents. 7.1 The copy held by Intersnack of the transport document signed by the carrier for receipt, without comments, will serve as full evidence of the dispatch of the quantities stated on the transport document, as well as of the exterior condition of the goods.
7.2 If contrary to article 4.1, alternative delivery conditions are agreed, the transport document signed by or on behalf of the Buyer for receipt, without comments, will serve as full evidence of the dispatch of the quantities stated on the transport document, as well as of the exterior condition of the goods.
Transport Documents. 4.1 The Company shall be entitled to issue in respect of the whole or part of any contract for the movement of Goods, a bill of lading (combined transport, through transport, port-to-port) or waybill (sea freight or airfreight). Where a bill of lading or waybill has been issued, these trading terms and conditions shall continue to apply except insofar as they conflict with the trading terms and conditions of the bill of lading or waybill concerned. The Company shall be entitled to raise an additional charge as determined by the Company to cover potential additional obligations and administration arising from the issuance of the bill of lading or waybill concerned.

1. Where passengers are carried, the carrier shall issue an individual or a collective ticket. The absence, irregularity or loss of the ticket shall not affect the existence or the validity of the contract of carriage, which shall remain subject to the provisions of this Convention.
2. The ticket shall show the name and the address of the carrier and shall contain the statement that the contract is subject, any clause to the contrary notwithstanding, to the provisions of this Convention.
