Common use of Transmitted Content Clause in Contracts

Transmitted Content. Sangoma does not screen any Content transmitted via or used in connection with the Applications. End User acknowledges and agrees that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is not responsible for End User’s creation or use of any Content transmitted via or used in connection with the Applications. End User represents that it owns or has acquired the necessary rights to use and/or transfer any such communications and/or content. End User further represents that End User shall not make available any Content in violation of any third party’s intellectual property or other proprietary rights.
