Common use of Transitional Support Services Clause in Contracts

Transitional Support Services. The district will provide the following supports and strategies to support job retention: Transportation assistance will be provided, as needed, for as long as the individual remains employed and on Temporary Assistance, provided the individual lives more than one mile or 10 blocks from the place of employment. Transitional transportation assistance will be subject to all other provisions in Section 4.1.b. The district will provide the following support services, for up to 90 days after case closing, to individuals whose Temporary Assistance cases have closed due to employment:

Transitional Support Services. The maximum amounts are the same as needed, for as long as the individual remains employed and on Temporary Assistance, provided the individual lives more than one mile or 10 blocks from the place of employment.
