Common use of Transitional Support Services Clause in Contracts

Transitional Support Services. The district will provide the following supports and strategies to support job retention: Transportation assistance will be provided, as needed, for as long as the individual remains employed and on Temporary Assistance, provided the individual lives more than one mile or 10 blocks from the place of employment. Transitional transportation assistance will be subject to all other provisions in Section 4.1.b The district will provide the following support services, for up to 90 days after case closing, to individuals whose TA cases have closed due to employment:: Transitional Medicaid, Transitional Daycare, and Transitional SNAP provided the household is eligible for the transitional benefits

The district will provide the following support services, for up to 90 days after case closing, to individuals whose TA cases have closed due to employment:: Employment related clothing • License and other work related fees • Job related safety equipment • Automobile repairs/towing • Automobile insurance • Transportation- gas card or bus passes • Other payments on a case by case basis
