TRANSITION TO THE AGREEMENT. 31.1 Any grievance filed after ratification of this Agreement shall be dealt with according to the provisions of Article 22, and the action or actions being grieved shall be judged according to the procedures, practices and criteria prevailing on the day on which the events giving rise to the grievance occurred.
