Voice Information Service Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, (a) Voice Information Service means a service that provides [i] recorded voice announcement information or [ii] a vocal discussion program open to the public, and (b) Voice Information Service Traffic means intraLATA switched voice traffic, delivered to a Voice Information Service. Voice Information Service Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Service Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information Service Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment.
Transit Service is the delivery of certain traffic between Carrier and a third party ILEC, CLEC or CMRS provider by Frontier over a separate trunk group between Carrier and Frontier where appropriate trunks exist between Carrier and third party through Frontier’s tandem. The following traffic types will be delivered: (I) Local Traffic originated from Carrier to such third-party and (ii) Local Traffic originated from such third-party to Frontier’s tandem and terminated to Carrier.
Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by CBB for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by CBB, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit CBB to route the CBB Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by CBB. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by CBB and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at CBB's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, CBB will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. CBB shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to CBB’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.
In-Service Training If the College requires an employee to participate in an in-service training program, the employee shall use release time for time spent in the training and travel time in excess of the employee’s regular commute time. An employee shall not normally be scheduled to work the shift immediately before or after the training. However, this scheduling shall be permitted if an employee volunteers for it or if the employee is assigned to a shift on an overtime basis to meet minimum staffing requirements.

Transmission and Routing of Telephone Exchange Service Traffic 50.4.1 The Appendix Reciprocal Compensation, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, prescribe traffic routing parameters for Local Interconnection Trunk Group(s) the Parties shall establish over the Interconnections specified in the Appendix ITR, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Hosted Services We shall use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Hosted Services you have purchased available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for: (a) planned downtime under our direct control (of which we shall give at least 8 hours notice via the Hosted Services and which we shall schedule to the extent practicable during the weekend hours from 6:00 p.m. Pacific time Friday to 3:00 a.m. Pacific time Monday), (b) to the extent we are notified by third party service providers of planned downtime (of which we shall provide such notice to you via the Hosted services as soon we can reasonably do so), or (c) any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, acts of government, flood, fire, earthquakes, civil unrest, acts of terror, strikes or other labor problems, internet service or third party hosting provider failures or delays ("Force Majeure"). Hosted Services are provided in accordance with applicable laws and government regulations.
Customer Cooperation 3.2.1. Customer shall provide and make available all Customer personnel as may be further addressed in an applicable Order Form or that SAP reasonably requires in connection with performance of the Services.
TRANSPORT SERVICES Upon the conclusion of such multilateral negotiations, the Parties shall conduct a review for the purpose of discussing appropriate amendments to this Agreement so as to incorporate the results of such multilateral negotiations.
SELLER’S ENGAGEMENT OF SERVICER TO PERFORM SERVICING RESPONSIBILITIES Section 2.01. Contract for Servicing; Possession of Custodial Files, Maintenance of Retained Mortgage Files and Servicing Files. The Seller, by execution and delivery of this Agreement, does hereby contract with the Servicer as an independent contractor, subject to the terms of this Agreement, for the continued servicing of the Mortgage Loans. On or before the Closing Date, the Servicer shall have in its possession the Servicing Files with respect to the Mortgage Loans listed on the Mortgage Loan Schedule. The Servicer shall maintain a Servicing File with respect to each Mortgage Loan in order to service such Mortgage Loans pursuant to this Agreement and each Servicing File in its possession shall be held in trust by the Servicer for the benefit of the Trustee; provided, however, that the Servicer shall have no liability for any Servicing Files (or portions thereof) not delivered by the Seller. The Servicer’s possession of any portion of the Mortgage Loan documents shall be at the will of the Trustee for the sole purpose of facilitating servicing of the related Mortgage Loan pursuant to this Agreement, and such retention and possession by the Servicer shall be in a custodial capacity only. The ownership of each Mortgage Note, Mortgage and the contents of the Servicing File shall be vested in the Trustee and the ownership of all records and documents with respect to the related Mortgage Loan prepared by or which come into the possession of the Servicer shall immediately vest in the Trustee and shall be retained and maintained, in trust, by the Servicer at the will of the Trustee in such custodial capacity only. The portion of each Servicing File retained by the Servicer pursuant to this Agreement shall be appropriately marked to clearly reflect the ownership of the related Mortgage Loan by the Trustee. The Servicer shall release from its custody the contents of any Servicing File retained by it only in accordance with this Agreement. Pursuant to the Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement, the Seller will have delivered the Custodial Files to the Custodian. In addition, each Retained Mortgage File not delivered to the Custodian pursuant to the Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement are and shall be held in trust by the Servicer for the benefit of the Trustee as the owner thereof. The possession of each Retained Mortgage File held by the Servicer is in a custodial capacity only. The ownership of each Retained Mortgage File shall be vested in the Trustee. The Servicer shall release its custody of the contents of any Retained Mortgage File only in accordance with written instructions from the Trustee, unless such release is required pursuant to Section 5.02 or if a Document Transfer Event occurs. Upon the occurrence of a Document Transfer Event, the party first discovering such event shall promptly notify the Master Servicer, the Servicer, the Trustee and the Custodian, as applicable, and, with respect to each Mortgage Loan, deliver to the Custodian, within 60 days, the Retained Mortgage Files pursuant to the terms of the Custodial Agreement.
