Common use of Transformation Plan Clause in Contracts

Transformation Plan. The Parties acknowledge that amendments to any Transformation Plan may be required at any time during Transformation. Any such amendment will be discussed and agreed as contemplated by section 3 of Exhibit 18 (Transformation) and in accordance with any specific additional governance forum established for Transformation as contemplated in section 4.2 of Attachment 6-A (Governance Committee and Members) of Exhibit 6 (Governance Model). A determination as to whether any amendment to the Transformation Plan must be dealt with in accordance with the Service Variation Procedures will also be made via that same governance process or forum.
