Common use of Transfers or Assignments of Existing or Custom Products by an Authorized User Clause in Contracts

Transfers or Assignments of Existing or Custom Products by an Authorized User. An Authorized User may transfer or assign existing or custom products and the licenses thereunder to another Authorized User pursuant to a governmental reorganization or assignment of functions under which the pertinent functions of such Authorized User are transferred to a successor. Nothing herein shall preclude the Contractor from otherwise using the related or underlying general knowledge, skills, ideas, concepts, techniques and experience developed under a project or work plan in the course of Contractor’s business.
