Transfers by the Managing Member. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, including in Sections 4.11, 4.12, 4.13 and 10.5, the Managing Member may not Transfer all or any part of its Ownership Interest without the Consent of the Members (other than the Managing Member) holding at least a majority of the aggregate Common Units then outstanding and held by such Members.
