Common use of Transfers by Assignee Clause in Contracts

Transfers by Assignee. A Person who is the Assignee of all or any portion of the interest in the Company of a Member as permitted hereby but does not become a Substituted Member and who desires to make a further Transfer of such interest in the Company shall be subject to all of the provisions of this Article VIII to the same extent and in the same manner as any Member desiring to make a Transfer of its interest in the Company.
