Common use of Transferable Permits Clause in Contracts

Transferable Permits. All Licenses and Environmental Permits owned or held by Seller and used or held for use in connection with the operation of the Generating Assets that are transferable by Seller to Purchaser as listed in Section 1.01(a)(vi) of the Disclosure Schedule and the water rights owned or held by Seller, whether or not such rights are created or evidenced by a License, and used or held for use in connection with the operation of the Generating Assets including those listed in Section 1.01(a)(vi) of the Disclosure Schedule (the "Transferable Permits");
