Common use of Transfer to Purchaser Clause in Contracts

Transfer to Purchaser. If any security be given by Tenant to secure the faithful performance of all or any of the covenants of this Lease on the part of Tenant, Landlord may transfer and/or deliver the security, as such, to the purchaser of the reversion, in the event that the reversion be sold, and thereupon Landlord shall be discharged from any further liability in reference thereto.

Transfer to Purchaser. If any Tenant provides security be given by Tenant to secure for the faithful performance of all or any of the its covenants of this Lease on the part of TenantLease, Landlord may transfer and/or deliver the security, as such, security to the a purchaser of the reversion, in the event that if the reversion be sold, and thereupon Landlord shall be discharged from any further liability in reference thereto.
