Common use of Transfer Taxes and Similar Charges Clause in Contracts

Transfer Taxes and Similar Charges. All costs of transferring the ---------------------------------- Station Assets in accordance with this Agreement, including recordation, transfer and documentary taxes and fees, and any excise, sales or use taxes, shall be borne equally by Buyer and Seller.
