Transfer Relocation Allowances a. The Company may transfer you to any place it conducts its business in base country, or in any other countries where it is carrying out its operational activities or may transfer in any Group of Companies to perform its duties. If the Company requires you to relocate to a place outside base country, the Company will do so, subject to the transfer/ relocation policy, adopted by the Mount Meru Group, which policy in present as well as amended condition from time to time;
b. On transfer or relocation the relocation travelling charges will be borne by the company with no change in terms as stated in the contract , unless presented in writing by the CEO or the Head of HR.
