Transfer Qualifications Sample Clauses
Transfer Qualifications a. A staff member or each member of a team of staff members will be qualified for a position if the staff member(s) meet all the following criteria:
i. The required certification; and
ii. A continuing or provisional contract. New staff members must have two (2) full consecutive school years of Issaquah experience in the same building/program prior to having the rights of transfer. If a new staff member was reassigned by the District or was moved through excessing or a district-initiated transfer after his or her first year, the two (2) full consecutive school years requirement will be waived.
iii. Meets one of the following evaluation standards, as applicable to the staff member:
1. Is on the Comprehensive strand, and was marked Proficient or Distinguished as indicated on the Summative Evaluation Report (SER) of the previous school year and is not on an Informal Growth Plan;
2. Is on the Focused strand; or
3. For staff members in years two (2) through four (4) in the Issaquah School District who are recommended for continuing contracts.
b. If there are no staff members who meet the qualifications stated above, the District reserves the right to place a staff member in the position he or she requested.

Transfer Qualifications. Transfers into the Work & Resource DIT – Metering position will be awarded the position on a conditional basis, contingent upon successfully completing a three-week training. While completing this three-week program, the transfer’s base position will be held. Should the transfer applicant fail the three-week program, they will be returned to their base classification.

All applicants not meeting these standards will be referred to the appropriate WTCS Colleges for additional coursework whenever possible. Both institutions will work together to mutually support the needs of their students, and the needs of their respective partner institutions.
Transfer Qualifications. 1. Bellevue University prefers that transfer students obtain an associate degree, or approximately 60 credit hours prior to transfer. All applicants not meeting these standards will be referred to the Community College for additional coursework whenever possible. Both institutions will work together to mutually support the needs of their students, and the needs of their respective partner institutions.
2. Independence Community College students transferring with an associate degree will receive credit for all coursework in their degree program and will enter Bellevue University with junior status. This is applicable for both the traditional bachelor's degree program and the accelerated bachelor's degree completion program.
3. All Independence Community College transfer students may submit unofficial transcripts to Bellevue University for initial evaluation and to be provided information on remaining requirements for degree completion. Official transcripts are required prior to admittance.
4. Independence Community College transfer students must complete a minimum of 30 hours in residence with Bellevue University. On-line courses satisfy residence requirements.
5. Independence Community College transfer students must meet all catalog requirements for their degree program.
