Reassignment Mentor Program Clause Samples

The Reassignment Mentor Program clause establishes a structured process for assigning a mentor to individuals who are being reassigned within an organization. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria for selecting mentors, the duration and scope of the mentorship, and the responsibilities of both the mentor and the reassigned employee. By providing guidance and support during the transition, the clause helps ensure a smoother adjustment to new roles or departments, thereby reducing disruption and promoting employee retention.
