Common use of Transfer of Title Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Title. Subject to payment at closing as required herein and compliance by Purchaser with the other terms and provisions hereof, Seller shall execute and deliver a good and sufficient Special Warranty Deed to Purchaser conveying the real property subject to building and zoning regulations, taxes, assessments, and all easements and encumbrances, including those of record.

Transfer of Title.
