Transfer of Title to Power. At the Delivery Point, capacity and associated electric energy, and legal title to same, shall be deemed to be transferred from the Seller and delivered to possession of the Buyer. At such point, the Buyer shall be in exclusive control and possession of such capacity and associated electric energy and shall be solely responsible for same. Such electric energy transferred shall be by alternating current 3 phase, 50 Hz nominal frequency, at the voltage specified in Appendix C.
