Transfer of Technology to External Manufacturing Source. If the Parties mutually agree to secure external manufacturing sources other than the Yokkaichi Facility through joint investment, Flash Forward and Toshiba, as applicable, will jointly transfer the applicable manufacturing technology and know-how to such source.
