Transfer Inspection. In addition to the pre-closing inspection of the Residential Unit by the Lessee, and prior to the closing of any proposed transfer, sale, or other disposition of the Residential Unit, CLT and the Lessee shall complete the Transfer Inspection of the Leased Premises pursuant to Exhibit H: Transfer Inspection.
