Transfer Inspection Clause Samples

The Transfer Inspection clause establishes the right and process for one party to inspect goods, property, or assets before their official transfer. Typically, this clause outlines the timing, scope, and standards for the inspection, such as allowing the buyer to examine a property for defects or verify that equipment meets agreed specifications prior to closing. Its core function is to ensure that the receiving party can confirm the condition and conformity of the items being transferred, thereby reducing the risk of disputes and ensuring transparency in the transaction.
Transfer Inspection. The Center reserves the right to inspect the Collection a maximum of five days before transfer to ascertain that the above is true and correct. If inspection reveals deficiencies, the Center reserves the right to contact the Collections Owner to require the deficiencies to be cured.
Transfer Inspection. Attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein is Exhibit G Transfer Inspection. This Exhibit sets forth the policy and procedure for the formal inspection of the Leased Premises by the Lessee and CLT or its designated representative prior to any transfer, sale, or other disposition of the Residential Unit by Lessee.
Transfer Inspection. In addition to the pre-closing inspection of the Residential Unit by the Lessee, and prior to the closing of any proposed transfer, sale, or other disposition of the Residential Unit, CLT and the Lessee shall complete the Transfer Inspection of the Leased Premises pursuant to Exhibit H: Transfer Inspection.
Transfer Inspection. The parties acknowledge that Lessee’s performance (or lack thereof) of maintenance, repairs and cleaning will leave the Residential Unit in a different state compared to when Lessee first occupied the Residential Unit. The purpose of the Transfer Inspection is to account for the variations in the physical condition of the Residential Unit when the Residential Unit is proposed for transfer, sale, or other disposition.
