Transfer at or Prior to Distribution. The Parties agree to execute all such documents, and to take all such actions, prior to or at the Distribution as they may deem to be necessary to achieve or confirm the respective ownership of rights in the Nielsen Intellectual Property as contemplated in this Article to be effective upon the Distribution Date.
