Common use of Transfer and Warrant Agent Clause in Contracts

Transfer and Warrant Agent. On or before the Effective Date, the Company shall have appointed Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company (or other agent mutually acceptable to the Company and Maidstone), as its transfer agent and warrant agent ("Transfer Agent") to transfer all of the Shares and Warrants issued in the Offering, as well as to transfer other shares of the Common Stock outstanding from time to time.
