TRANSFER AND COSTS. 7.1 Transfer of the property will be given to the Purchaser within a reasonable time after the Purchaser has paid the costs and charges referred to in clause 7.2 and has otherwise complied with the provisions of the conditions of sale and suspensive conditions.
