Transactions outside normal processing hours. If the Contractor receives any payment from the Eligible User or a Cardholder in respect of any statement or billing cycle amount outside the Contractor’s normal processing hours to which that payment relates, that payment shall be deemed to have been received by the Contractor on the next Business Day.
