TRANSACTION HANDLING. The Merchant shall: (a) enter into Transactions only in Indian Rupees unless otherwise permitted by Worldline in writing; (b) collect the day’s Transaction paper roll/ sales invoices for accounting purposes; (c) preserve copies of Charge slips, Transaction paper rolls and sales invoices for a minimum period of one year and provide the same to Worldline and the Facility Providers within 3 business days from the date of such request for such information and in case of failure to do so, refund the Transaction Amount to Worldline ; (d) provide in such form and manner as may be required by Worldline and the Facility Providers from time to time, information and related documentation in respect of Transactions; (e) while presenting any Transaction information, certify to Worldline that (i) all statements of facts contained therein are true and complete in all respects, (ii) Merchant has supplied good(s) or services to which the Transaction information relates and to the value stated therein and at a price not greater or not less favorable than the same price and terms at and on which such goods or services are supplied by Merchant for cash, (iii) the Transaction information pertaining to each sale has been supplied only once, and (iv) that the sale of such goods or services are not unlawful or prohibited; (f) on M PoS (Mobile Pos) the Merchant’s whose mobile device is not compatible for capturing signatures shall be given manual charge slips and the same shall be used by the Merchant for taking card member’s signature at the time of card swipe, further signed chargeslip is required to be kept with Merchant according to Visa/ MasterCard guidelines and shall be mandatory presented to Worldline as and when is required by respective associations (Visa & MasterCard) for investigation purpose in case of future chargeback retrieval request. (g) The Merchant will be solely responsible and accountable for reasonable and prudent care in handling the Equipment, storing the paper rolls and Charge slips; (h) It is the sole discretion of Worldline to install or remove the EDC machine/terminal or/and other Equipments from the Premises and on the exercise of discretion by the Worldline , Merchant shall return the EDC machine/terminal or/and other Equipments to Worldline as the case may be; (i) In case of the presentment of a Card shown as stolen/captured/pickup card by the Issuer, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will be responsible and accountable to inform Worldline regarding the recovery or pickup o...
TRANSACTION HANDLING. 7.1 The merchant in handling transaction(s) via payment gateways must ensure that the extraction of data from the Cards must be in the manner specified by the Bank (this may vary from time to time but the Bank will give prior notice of variation to the Merchant) 7.2 Deliver to the Cardholder a ▇▇▇▇ including mentioned of charges covered in the payment received from the cardholder through the payment gateway. 7.3 The Bank reserves the right to impose limits on the number of Transactions undertaken using a particular Valid Credit/Debit Card and the value of a single Transaction during any time period, and reserves the right to refuse to make payments in respect of Transactions exceeding such limit. 7.4 The merchant shall not require any cardholder to pay any surcharge, to pay any part of the discount, whether through any increase in price or otherwise, or to pay any contemporaneous finance charge in connection with the transaction in which a Mastercard/Visa Card is used.
TRANSACTION HANDLING. 10.1 The Merchant in handling transaction(s) via EDCT(s) and other electronic devices must: (a) ensure that the EDCTs and other electronic devices are acceptable to the Bank; (b) ensure that the extraction of data from Cards must be in the manner specified by the Bank (this may vary from time to ▇▇▇ e but the Bank will give prior notice of variation to the Merchant); (c) ensure that the amount of the transaction and any further information (such as cardholder number and data) which the Bank from time to time requires must be printed on a terminal receipt which should be in a form approved by the Bank; (d) ensure that the Equipment, software technical standards and procedures for the electronic extraction, retention and transmission of data for the purposes of this Agreement must be approved by, or (as the case may be) in accordance with the requirements of the Bank; (e) require the Cardholder to sign the credit card slip/sales invoice recording the relevant sales; (f) verify the Customer's signature against the signature on the back of the Card to ascertain that they are the same and, if the card has a photograph, that the photograph and the Cardholder are the same. The Merchant should ensure the signature appears on all copies of the credit card slip/sales invoice; (g) ensure there is no discrepancy between the embossed and displayed Card number before completing the transaction; (h) deliver to the Customer a true and completed copy of the credit card slip; (i) collect the daily transaction detail report for accounting purposes. The Bank's copy shall be batched by terminal number and then transaction sequence order together with the deposit summary and these must be returned to the Bank for records within seven working days unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Bank and the Merchant. Merchant shall keep the Merchant copy for at least one year and shall present to the Bank upon request; (j) batch separately with a deposit slip listing the individual sales and credit slips accounts and the net total for manual transactions with authorization only (i.e. Call Bank situation). 10.2 The Merchant in handling transaction(s) via MPOS(s) must: (a) ensure that the extraction of data from Cards must be in the manner specified by the Bank (this may vary from time to time but the Bank will give prior notice of variation to the Merchant); (b) ensure that the Equipment, software technical standards and procedures for the electronic extraction, retention and tran...
TRANSACTION HANDLING. 4.1 The MERCHANT in handling POS transaction(s) must: a. ensure that the POS transaction is acceptable to RCBC; b. ensure that the extraction of data from Cards must be in the manner specified by RCBC (which may vary from time to time upon prior notice of variation to the MERCHANT); c. ensure that the amount of the transaction and any further information (such as Cardholder number and data) which RCBC from time to time requires must be printed on a terminal receipt which should be in a form approved by RCBC; d. ensure that the equipment, software, technical standards and procedures for the electronic extraction, retention and transmission of data for the purposes of this Agreement must be approved by, or (as the case may be) are in accordance with the requirements of RCBC; e. require the Cardholder, when necessary, to sign the paper roll/sales invoice recording the relevant sales; f. verify, when applicable, the Cardholder’s signature against the signature on the back of the Card to ascertain that they are the same and, if the Card has a photograph, that the person and the Cardholder are the same. Where there is a digitized signature, it must also be the same as the signature appearing at the back of the Card. The MERCHANT should ensure the Cardholder’s signature appears on all copies of the paper roll/sales invoice, when applicable; g. ensure that there is no discrepancy between the embossed and displayed card number before completing the transaction and that the four pre-printed numbers on the Card cannot be erased when scratched off and it matches the first four embossed numbers on the face of the Card; h. call RCBC Authorization Center where terminal response is “Please Call Card Center” or “Refer to Card Center” before processing any further transactions; i. MERCHANT should not attempt to swipe the Card in decreasing amounts until an approval code is obtained;
TRANSACTION HANDLING. 1. The ME hereby agrees, undertakes and covenants to do the following: a) Ensure that all transactions must be made in Indian Rupees unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Bank and the ME. b) Honour all Valid Card Transactions supported by the Bank. c) Collect the day's transaction paper roll/sales invoice for accounting purposes. The ME shall keep a copy of the transaction paper roll/sales invoice for at least one year and shall present to Bank upon request. d) Provide in such form and manner as shall be required by the Bank all such information in respect of the transactions as the Bank may require from time to time. e) By presentation of any transaction information, the ME warrants to and agrees with the Bank: I. That all the statements of facts contained therein which are within the knowledge of the ME are true and complete in all respects;
TRANSACTION HANDLING. 8.1 The Merchant in handling transaction(s) via the payment gateway must ensure that the extraction of data from the Cards and collection of phone number for payment must be in the manner specified by Arronax (this may vary from time to time but Arronax will give prior notice of variation to the Merchant) 8.2 The Merchant shall deliver to the Cardholder a bill including mention of charges covered in the payment received from the cardholder through the payment gateway. 8.3 Arronax reserves the right to impose limits on the number of Transactions undertaken using a particular Valid Credit/Debit/Prepaid Card and the value of a single Transaction during any time period, and reserves the right to refuse to make payments in respect of Transactions exceeding such limit. 8.4 The Merchant can include their merchant service commission as charged by Arronax into the amount paid by their customer for a particular transaction meaning that the amount to be paid will include the merchant service commission. The merchant shall not require any cardholder or mobile wallet holder to pay any additional surcharge, to pay any part of the discount, whether through any additional increase in price or otherwise, or to pay any additional contemporaneous finance charge in connection with the transaction in which a Bank Card is used or such other card as Arronax may offer.
TRANSACTION HANDLING. 7.1 The merchant in handling transaction(s) via Point-of-Sale devices provided by the Bank or Worldline must ensure that the submission of data from the Cards must be in the manner specified by the Bank and Worldline (this may vary from time to time but the Bank will give prior notice of variation to the Merchant) 7.2 Deliver to the Cardholder a ▇▇▇▇ for the payment received from the cardholder through the Point-of-Sale device/s. 7.3 The Bank reserves the right to impose limits on the number of Transactions undertaken using a particular Valid Credit/Debit Card and the value of a single Transaction during any time period, and reserves the right to refuse to make payments in respect of Transactions exceeding such limit. 7.4 The merchant shall not require any cardholder to pay any surcharge, to pay any part of the discount, whether through any increase in price or otherwise, or to pay any contemporaneous finance charge in connection with the transaction in which a MasterCard/Visa Card is used. 7.5 The Merchant agrees unequivocally to capture and settle all the “Authorized” transactions within 5 (five) calendar days from the time of taking authorization. The Bank and Worldline shall not be liable for any technical chargebacks and /or any other direct/indirect/consequential losses faced by the Merchant on account of the merchant failing to capture and settle such transactions.
TRANSACTION HANDLING. ME shall: a) Enter into Transactions only in Indian Rupees unless otherwise permitted by Bank/ STPL in advance in writing; b) Note down, export data pertaining to daily Transactions as a report for accounting purposes; c) Retain all Transaction data for a minimum period of twelve months and provide in such form and manner as may be required by STPL or its Affiliate or Service Provider, or Bank from time to time, information and related documentation in respect of Transactions; i) While presenting any Transaction information, certify to STPL, its Affiliate, Service Provider, or Bank that (i) all statements of facts contained therein are true and complete in all respects, (ii) ME has supplied goods and /or services to which the Transaction information relates and to the value stated therein and at a price not greater or not less favorable than the same price and terms at and on which such goods and /or services are supplied by ME for cash, (iii) the Transaction information pertaining to each sale has been supplied only once, and (iv) that the sale of such goods and /or services are not unlawful. j) In the event Equipment is leased by STPL, accept that any decision to remove the Equipment for misrepresenta- tion or non-performance (which shall rest entirely at the discretion of STPL) and ME shall immediately return the Equipment to STPL or its Affiliate or Service Provider or Bank upon request.
TRANSACTION HANDLING. 8.1 The Merchant in handling transaction(s) via the payment gateway must ensure that the extraction of data from the Cards and collection of phone number for payment must be in the manner specified by Camirel (this may vary from time to time but Camirel will give prior notice of variation to the Merchant) 8.2 The Merchant shall deliver to the Cardholder a bill including mention of charges covered in the payment received from the cardholder through the payment gateway. 8.3 Camirel reserves the right to impose limits on the number of Transactions undertaken using a particular Valid Credit/Debit/Prepaid Card and the value of a single Transaction during any time period, and reserves the right to refuse to make payments in respect of Transactions exceeding such limit. 8.4 The Merchant can include their merchant service commission as charged by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ into the amount paid by their customer for a particular transaction meaning that the amount to be paid will include the merchant service commission.
